L1 Capital is a well-known name in the Australian Funds management industry and they have recently released their 4th UK Residential Property Fund having begun investing in the strategy in September 2017.

The Fund's strategy is focused on investing in fully tenanted residential property in major U.K. cities, excluding London, that provide a reliable income stream with the potential for capital growth.

The objective of the Fund is to deliver clients a net return of 10% p.a., including a dividend yield of 6% p.a.
