Fund Overview	The Fund aims to outperform the return of the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index by 2% per annum after fees on a rolling three-year basis by combining indexed positions in the S&P/ASX 20 stocks with an actively managed exposure in primarily Australian stocks that are outside the S&P/ASX 20. The Fund is managed as one portfolio but comprises and combines two separately managed exposures: 1. An investment in the top 20 stocks of the markets, which the Fund achieves by taking an indexed position in the S&P/ASX 20 Index; and 2. An investment in the stocks beyond the S&P/ASX 20 Index. This exposure is managed on an active basis using a fundamental core approach. The Fund may also invest in securities expected to be listed on the ASX, securities listed or expected to be listed on other exchanges where such securities relate to ASX-listed securities.Derivative instruments may be used to replicate underlying positions and hedge market and company specific risks. The companies within the portfolio are primarily selected from, but not limited to, the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index. The Fund typically holds between 40-55 stocks and thus is considered to be highly concentrated. This means that investors should expect to see high short-term volatility. The Fund seeks to achieve growth over the long-term, therefore the minimum suggested investment timeframe is 5 years.

Since inception in November 2009, the Fund has returned +10.06% p.a. vs the Index's annualised return over the same period of +7.00%. The Fund's up-capture and down-capture ratios for performance since inception, 119.18% and 96% respectively, highlight it capacity to significantly outperform when the market rises while not falling further than the market during the market's negative months. As at the end of August, the portfolio's weightings had been increased in the Discretionary, IT and Health Care sectors, and decreased in the Communication, Consumer Staples, Industrials, Materials, Energy and Financial sectors. By comparison with the Fund's benchmark (ASX300 Accumulation Index), the portfolio is significantly more heavily weighted towards the Discretionary sector, with an 'Active Weight' of 19.6%.

Fund Overview	The Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of small to large cap Australian listed securities, and securities in respect of which listing has been proposed. Cash, cash equivalents, convertible notes and derivatives may also be included. The primary objective of the Atlantic Pacific Australian Equity Fund is to generate a mixture of capital and income returns for investors with a high risk profile, over a 5 to 7 year investment period. The Investment Manager believes that markets are fundamentally inefficient and that active investment management will result in higher than 'benchmark' returns. The Fund has adopted the S&P/ASX200 Accumulation Index as the benchmark for its performance. The Investment Manager also believes that, on review of many markets globally, no individual style or method of investing will always ensure outperformance in terms of return on investment. These returns have been achieved with lower volatility than the market. The following statistics (since inception) highlight the Fund's capacity to protect investors' capital in falling markets: Sortino ratio of 1.61 vs the Index's 0.52, maximum drawdown of -7.10% vs the Index's -26.75%, and down-capture ratio of 23.70%. Positive contributors in August included long positions in Adairs, Citadel Group, Mesoblast and Ooh Media. Key detractors included long positions in A2 Milk, Resmed and Terracom, as well as a short position in Altium. Altium noted the portfolio remains conservatively positioned with a continuation of weekend hedges.

The Fund's capacity to significantly outperform in rising markets is highlighted by its up-capture ratio (since inception) of 219.90% which indicates that, on average, the Fund has risen more than twice as much as the market during the market's positive months. The Fund's August return was achieved with over 35 positions. Since initial purchase, some of the Fund's best performing investments include Afterpay (return since initial purchase of 17x), Carvana (5x), Shopify (5x), Xero (4x) and Tesla (4x). Frazis noted their systematic framework based around customer love and explosive growth is working to identify strong performing stocks long before they become household names. They are currently working on a number of new undisclosed opportunities that, in addition to having a devoted customer fanbase and explosive growth, are trading at the low multiples that marked the stocks mentioned previously as good buys. The Fund's up-capture ratio of 216.6% for performance since inception indicates that, on average, the Fund has risen more than twice as much as the market during the market's positive months. Top contributors to performance in August included People Infrastructure, ARB Corporation, Temple and Webster, Integral Diagnostics, NRW Holdings, Alliance Aviation Services, Fiducian Group, Mineral Resources and Collins Foods. There were no detractors of any materiality during the month. Glenmore noted in their latest report that in Australia, with the exception of Victoria, all other states appear to have the virus under control. They believe the most likely scenario to be a continuation of the current economic settings (low interest rates, subdued economic growth, fiscal stimulus), which they expect will be sufficient for continued positive market conditions for equity investors.

Fund Overview	The Fund consists of a concentrated long/short portfolio typically comprising 20 to 50 ASX300 listed stocks, generally with a long bias aligned to the overall market direction. On average since inception the Fund's exposure has averaged 40% net long. There is a slight bias to large cap stocks on the long side of the portfolio, although in a rising market the portfolio will tend to hold smaller caps, including resource stocks, more frequently. On the short side, the portfolio is particularly concentrated, with stock selection limited by both liquidity and the difficulty of borrowing stock in smaller cap companies. Since inception in May 2006, the Fund has returned +8.82% p.a. with an annualised volatility of 7.28%. By contrast, the Index has returned +5.47% p.a. with an annualised volatility of 14.37% over the same period. The Fund's capacity to protect investors' capital in falling markets is highlighted by the following statistics (since inception): Sortino ratio of 1.29 vs the Index's 0.19, maximum drawdown of -11.71% vs the Index's -47.19%, and down-capture ratio of 45.04%. The best performers in the portfolio in August included stocks leveraged to new technologies whilst more defensive stocks lagged. Positive contributors included Zip Co, Pointsbet, Harvest Technology, Kogan and Charter Hall. Key detractors included West African, Aroa Biosurgery, National Australia Bank, Pilbara and Polynovo. Kardinia increased net market exposure modestly to 74.5% (90.0% long and 15.5% short), with the key changes being new positions in NRW Holdings, Qantas, Redbubble and Vicinity Centres, as well as increased weightings in Austal, Alumina, Flight Centre and Pointsbet. This was partially offset by a short position in Share Price Index Futures. Kardinia believe the portfolio has a good mix of stocks that benefit from both a lockdown scenario and a re-opening scenario, with more recent additions resulting in a tilt towards the latter. They believe good progress is being made on potential vaccines and treatments and expect Governments will increasingly move towards a 'living with the virus' approach as the economic damage from lockdowns becomes apparent.

Fund Overview	Insync's investment strategy is driven by fundamentals combined with active risk management with the aim of to investing in high quality, large cap global companies at attractive prices. Insync looks for companies that can consistently pay rising dividends and earn high returns on invested capital. Insync aims to provide investors with long term capital growth and some income. The Global Capital Aware Fund is a concentrated portfolio of large cap global companies with downside protection. Insync employs four simple screens to narrow the universe of over 40,000 listed companies globally to a focus group of high quality companies that it believes have the potential to consistently grow their profits and dividends. These screens are size of the company, balance sheet performance, valuation and dividend quality. Companies that pass this due diligence process are then valued using dividend discount models, free cash flow yield and proprietary implied growth and expected return models. The principal investments will be in shares of companies listed on international stock exchanges (including the US, Europe and Asia). By contrast, the Index has returned +10.86% p.a. with an annualised volatility of 10.24% over the same period. The Fund's capacity to protect investors' capital in falling markets is highlighted by the following statistics (since inception): Sortino ratio of 1.86 vs the Index's 1.28 and down-capture ratio of 59.5%. At month-end, the portfolio's top holdings included PayPal, Facebook, Adobe, Visa, Microsoft, Domino's Pizza, S&P Global, JD Sports Fashion, Walt Disney and Nvidia. The top three megatrends in the portfolio by weight were the 'Digitisation' megatrend (14% of the portfolio), 'Age related health solutions' megatrend (12%) and the 'Cashless Society' megatrend (12%). In their latest report, Insync discuss the 'Universal Basic Income' megatrend; a secular shift towards value-for-money based consumption. They expect that by 2040 automation, AI and robots will be in operation in businesses across all industries, improving efficiencies and creating profit while displacing many jobs. The UBI megatrend is one of the 16 global megatrends in the portfolio and exemplifies the diversity of the Fund's investments.

Fund Overview	Quay is a boutique investment management business established in 2013 with a focus on preserving and creating wealth for investors through investments in real estate securities. Quay uses a dual manager approach to the investment and portfolio management decision making process. This involves both Principals collaborating to determine significant portfolio investments and positions. The Fund will invest in a number of global listed real estate companies, groups or funds. The investment strategy is to make investments in real estate securities at a price that will deliver a real, after inflation, total return of 5% per annum (before costs and fees), inclusive of distributions over a longer-term period. Manager Comments	The Quay Global Real Estate Fund rose +0.10% in August, comprising +2.6% from underlying stock performance masked by a negative currency impact of -2.5%. Since inception in January 2016, the Fund has returned +5.22% p.a. with an annualised volatility of 11.92%. Quay noted the theme throughout August was very much for the 're-open' sectors, with the portfolio's best performers including Scentre Group (Australian Retail), Wharf REIC (Hong Kong Retail), and Shurgard (Europrean Storage). The 'COVID safe' sectors were among the Fund's worst contributors. These included Coresite (US Data), Alexandria REIT (US Life Sciences), and Apartment Investment Co (US Multifamily). Quay believe the great challenge for investors today is determining whether the recent post-COVID trends are permanent or temporary. With respect to real estate, they see some of the key questions to be: Will work-from-home permanently impair the value of office assets?; Is the drop in brick-and-mortar retail sales simply reflecting the long-term inevitability of online retail dominance?; Will living in urban locations be a thing of the past?; and With the surge in industrial demand brought on by COVID, are the current record low industrial cap rates reflecting a new reality? Quay's observation is that the market is extrapolating the past three to four months' trends into perpetuity. The portfolio remains balanced between 'COVID safe' and 're-open' sectors, however, Quay have begun to increase the weighting towards the 're-open' sectors as they feel much of the doomsday scenarios are close to being fully priced in.

Fund Overview	The Cyan C3G Fund operates as a wholesale unregistered managed investment scheme under a unit trust structure. The Fund primarily invests in ASX listed companies outside the ASX 100 and typically holds between 15-35 stocks. Cyan C3G Fund is based on the investment philosophy which can be defined as a comprehensive, clear and considered process focused on delivering growth. These are identified through stringent filter criteria and a rigorous research process. The Manager uses a proprietary stock filter in order to eliminate a large proportion of investments due to both internal characteristics (such as gearing levels or cash flow) and external characteristics (such as exposure to commodity prices or customer concentration). Typically, the Fund looks for businesses that are one or more of: a) under researched, b) fundamentally undervalued, c) have a catalyst for re-rating. The Manager seeks to achieve this investment outcome by actively managing a portfolio of Australian listed securities. When the opportunity to invest in suitable securities cannot be found, the manager may reduce the level of equities exposure and accumulate a defensive cash position. Whilst it is the company's intention, there is no guarantee that any distributions or returns will be declared, or that if declared, the amount of any returns will remain constant or increase over time. The Fund does not invest in derivatives and does not use debt to leverage the Fund's performance. However, companies in which the Fund invests may be leveraged.
Manager Comments	The Cyan C3G Fund rose +11.70% in August, outperforming the ASX200 Accumulation Index by +8.87% and taking annualised performance since inception in August 2014 to +16.42% vs the Index's annualised return over the same period of +5.65%. The Fund's Sortino ratio (since inception) of 1.25 vs the Index's 0.35 and down-capture ratio of 53.89% highlight its capacity to significantly outperform in falling markets. The Fund's up-capture ratio (since inception) of 105.59% indicates that, on average, the Fund has risen more than the market during its positive months. Throughout August there were less than a handful of positions in the portfolio that fell while more than half of the Fund's holdings enjoyed double-digit rises. Notable positive contributors included QuickFee (+25%), Raiz (+23%), Kelly Partners (+22%), Jumbo Interactive (+24%), and New Zealand Coastal (+89%). Through a number of recent corporate opportunities including IPOs and placements, Cyan have committed to making new investments and adding to existing ones such as: Spirit Telecom, Universal Biosensors, City Chic, Kip McGrath and Harvest Technologies. Cyan noted the dichotomy between the strong performance of sections of the market and the current economic outlook feels acute. They believe the challenge is striking a balance between enjoying the market tailwinds whilst being cognisant of the challenging economic headwinds.

Fund Overview	The Fund invests in ASX-listed securities of small and micro capitalised companies that are covered by the investment research capabilities of Bennelong Australian Equity Partners ('BAEP'). The Fund may invest in securities expected to be listed on the ASX within 12 months. The Fund may also invest in securities listed, or expected to be listed, on other exchanged where such securities relate to ASX-listed securities
Manager Comments	The Bennelong Emerging Companies Fund rose +13.87% in August, outperforming the ASX200 Accumulation Index by +11.04% and taking 12-month performance to +15.31% vs the Index's -5.08%. Since inception in November 2017, the Fund has returned +27.69% p.a. against the Index's annualised return over the same period of +5.01%. The Fund has achieved an up-capture ratio since inception of 355%, highlighting its capacity to significantly outperform in rising markets. These returns have been achieved with higher volatility than the market as would be expected of a fund investing in micro and small cap companies. Bennelong continue to seek to invest in high quality companies that they believe have solid growth prospects over the foreseeable future. They noted that, despite the inevitable short term volatility of the market, they believe the portfolio's investments are all incrementally building value which they expect should underpin decent returns over the long term.
