Strategy Description
The FarmCap Private Credit Agricultural Mortgage Fund offers wholesale investors exposure to agricultural mortgage-backed loans in Australia. The fund issues loans to Australian farmers and participants in the agricultural sector, secured by first and second mortgages over rural real estate. Loans range from $200,000 to $15 million with terms between 6 to 24 months and maximum LVRs of 65% for first mortgages and 70% for second mortgages. FarmCap diversifies its portfolio across loan sizes, durations, regions, and commodity sectors. Each loan undergoes thorough due diligence, investment committee approval, and ongoing management.
