Strategy Description
The Arculus Preferred Income Fund is a domestic fixed income fund investing in Australian government and semi-government bonds, corporate senior and subordinated bonds, ASX-listed hybrids, and cash. It aims to outperform cash and traditional debt securities, targeting the 90-day Bank Bill Swap Rate plus 350 basis points through income distribution and capital growth. The fund avoids leverage, offshore currency, and structured credit, with up to 30% allocated to non-investment grade assets. It is suitable for investors seeking medium-risk exposure over a three to five-year period.
